1. Membership and Subscriptions
By enrolling in the support group membership, you authorize Embracing Rebirth to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your current membership plan, with renewal continuing until you cancel.
You may cancel or change your membership at any time through your personal account portal.
2. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely by our payment partners (such as Stripe, Zelle, and Venmo).
We do not store your full credit card information.
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which states all purchases are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person if desired. Psychedelic-assisted service packages must be fully used within 60 days of your first session.
3. Communications
By creating an account when you purchase a service or join our support circle, you consent to receive service-related communications via email or SMS/text.
You may opt out of promotional emails or texts at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided.
Standard text messaging rates may apply depending on your carrier.
4. Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe on the rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships that violate these Terms.

All content provided by Embracing Rebirth, including logos, text, graphics, and materials, is protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our services are intended for personal growth and wellness support and do not replace personal medical, psychological, or legal advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Embracing Rebirth is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of Missouri in the United States of America.
