Welcome to Embracing Rebirth. By accessing or using our website, services, or memberships, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. 

1. Membership & Subscriptions 

  • By enrolling in a membership, you authorize Embracing Rebirth to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. 
  • You may cancel or update your membership at any time through your account settings. 
  • Memberships renew automatically each month unless canceled prior to the renewal date. 

2. Payments & Refunds 

  • All payments are processed securely by our payment partners (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). 
  • We do not store your full credit card information. 
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which states all purchases are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person if desired. Psychedelic-assisted service packages must be fully used within 60 days of your first session. 

3. Communications 

  • By creating an account when you purchase a service or join our support circle, you consent to receive service-related communications via email or SMS/text. 
  • You may opt out of promotional emails or texts at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided. 
  • Standard text messaging rates may apply depending on your carrier. 

4. Use of Services 

  • You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe on the rights of others. 
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property 

  • All content provided by Embracing Rebirth (including logos, text, graphics, and materials) is protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability 

  • Our services are intended for personal growth and support and do not replace medical, psychological, or legal advice. 
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Embracing Rebirth is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services. 

7. Governing Law 

  • These Terms will be governed by the laws of Missouri in the United States of America.
